At Creative Concepts Architecture, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to our payment policy. Here are our payment policies:

• All service fees have been doubled as of March 1, 2025. 
• 50% of deposits are now due before work begins. 
• No final drafts will be issued until final balances are paid. 
• There are no refunds on deposits. 
• Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days will accrue a late fee of 2% per month.
